Ann Heffernan, Licensee and Director of Rose Rentals Pty Ltd has been a member of Business Referral Group, Blue Mountains Chapter since 2011.

Our office specialises in Property Management.  We offer Management of residential and commercial properties in a wide area.  We do not offer sales.  Our office is a team of mature aged ladies and the Property Manager has been with the same rent roll for 11 years.

Being a member of BRG has benefitted me personally by expanding my range of professional contacts and being able to seek advice from these professionals on a less formal platform as well as keeping abreast of changes to various pieces of legislation in other industries.  I have been able to refer clients to other services and I have received referrals from other members.  It is always beneficial to be able to brainstorm with other professionals on a range of topics that can be industry specific or relate to business practice generally.  The fortnightly Agenda and Business Topic always allows for this to transpire.  Being able to share business codes of practice lends itself to self improvement in my own business.
