Dave Brady, owner of Computer troubleshooters – Hills District. www.cthills.com.au Started in Westpac IT before it was bought out by IBM global services. I found myself in a midrange operator position monitoring servers and managing batch jobs on AS400 and Unix servers. In 2006 I quit and took over the Hills district franchise in computer troubleshooters where I performed onsite sales / repair and consulting to homes and businesses around the Sydney hills district. The business has evolved today into a managed computer service provider as the next level up from the old break fix service model. The range of managed service plans are proactive, flexible and affordable and suit all size of customers from residential, home based businesses, small businesses in an office and can scale up to businesses with multiple locations. I joined BRG in 2012 and find it to be invaluable as a sounding board for business issues that I face. I have gained some loyal managed service customers and recently met my new landlord at the meeting.
