Roxayne West, Managing Director and owner of Recruitment Australia  has been a member of Castle Hill BRG since June 2018.

Roxayne has been working in national and local industry since 1990. Coming from a Work Health & Safety background Roxayne has been recruiting since 2000.

Roxayne takes the risk management approach to recruitment to reduce the risk of poor hire, which can lead to a very costly mistake.
