Fidan Shevket, Director of Fox & Staniland Lawyers

Fidan Shevket, Accredited Family Law Specialist and trained Collaborative Lawyer is a Director of Fox & Staniland has been member of BRG Pymble since October 2017.

Fidan has been practising exclusively in the area of family law since her admission as a lawyer in 2003.

Fidan has experience in complex property cases, international family law, Hague Convention matters, as well as matters involving relocation of children and applications to the Court for enforcement of orders. She has successfully represented clients in all areas of family law including parenting, property, de facto and same sex relationships, spouse maintenance and child support applications.

Prior to her admission as lawyer, Fidan worked as a Judge’s associate in State NSW courts and as a court officer in the Family Court of Australia. She has gained considerable experience in family law, which, combined with her pragmatic approach and thorough knowledge of court procedure, allows her to provide clients with a cost-effective and realistic approach to the resolution of their matter.
