Karlene Glanville Business Owner, Principal and Licenced Conveyancer of Karlene’s Conveyancing has been member of BRG Erina Tuesday since March 2017.

I am the principal and Licencee of Karlene’s Conveyancing. As a Licenced Conveyancer it is our job to take away the stress when buying and selling property. With over 30 years experience I understand that sometimes this can be a complicated process. I take the complicated process and make it clear. I always ensure my clients understand the process and it is straight forward for them to understand. With Karlene’s Conveyancing you will always benefit from a superior and prompt service as I’m the one working with you from beginning to end. My office is centrally located on Avoca Drive at Green Point. I offer flexiblity with appointments and after-hours service if it’s required for clients, to ensure a smooth process particularly if you are bidding on the weekend. Karlene’s Conveyancing will always provide you with friendly professional and straight forward, stress-free advice! 

BRG Erina has helped my business grow on the Central Coast. I have benefitted exponentially through meeting many diverse, like minded business owners. As a Licenced Conveyancer I am able to offer legal advice on all conveyancing matters either with selling or purchasing. I am able to prepare and register leases, buy and sell businesses. I offer a mobile service should this be required. With conveyancing this can be a very stressful time for my clients and the most important thing for me is to ensure that I lessen their stress, and hopefully with BRG gives me the contacts to show that I have extensive business colleagues that I can refer on too.

As a member of BRG Erina I have learnt not to sweat the small stuff and to ask for help, also along with giving me the contacts with an extensive and diverse variety of business colleagues to whom I can refer on to.
