Ben Brittain, Owner of Macquarie Locksmiths

Ben Brittian, Owner of Macquarie Locksmiths has been a member of North Ryde BRG Chapter since March 2022.

Ben is the founding Director of Britlock Locksmiths which is a successful locksmith business based in Sydney’s Inner West. Ben purchased Macquarie Locksmiths in 2021 and merged the two businesses, and our combined team continues to provide a complete locksmith service to a wide range of commercial, domestic and residential clients throughout NSW. We offer a full locksmith service, including 24/7 emergency service, lock installation, safes, alarms, CCTV, key duplication, security screen doors, restricted key systems and the like. I am passionate about customer service and derive great satisfaction from achieving an outcome that exceeds our customer’s expectations. I also enjoy mentoring young staff and meeting new people in the course of our work.

BRG benefits me and my business by providing me with the opportunity to meet regularly with people from the local area from a diverse range of businesses. I am able to refer new business to members of my BRG in the knowledge that they will be looked after and I have also taken the opportunity to use the services of other members of the BRG. I have also been pleased to receive referrals for work from other members of the BRG.
