Anita Frayman Owner of Elder Solutions

Anita Frayman Owner and Founder of Elder Solutions has been a member of Business Referral Group, South Yarra Chapter since opening in 2015 as a foundation member.

I have been involved in the aged care industry since 2007. I am a nationally accredited mediator with specialist elder mediation training. I am a lawyer and I have a PhD on cultural diversity and ageing in Australia. My areas of expertise include cultural diversity, elder abuse, intergenerational conflict, and the social and support networks of older people.

I established Elder Solutions as a specialist business that has the knowledge, skills and expertise needed to support older people and their families through the difficult transitions associated with the important life stage of old age.

• We help families make plans and arrangements for the care of older family members
• We mediate and help resolve conflicts between older people, family members and others
• We facilitate family discussions around difficult topics such as asset and money management, powers of attorney, end of life planning
• We link you to appropriate care and support
• We support self-determination, dignity and quality of life

I am available to speak to your group or organisation about resolving family conflict regarding care and support in old age.

We conduct mediations and facilitated family discussions in suitable locations throughout Melbourne and surrounding areas.

The South Yarra BRG has provided me with the opportunity to tell others about Elder Solutions and the work that we do in the growing aged care industry.
