Mark Waters Director of CIE Legal

Mark Waters, Partner of CIE Legal, has been a member of Business Referral Group, Melbourne Inner South East Chapter since March 2015.

Mark has over 20 years’ experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial disputes. Accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as specialist in commercial litigation since 1998, Mark has conducted litigation in all Victorian jurisdictions and the New South Wales Superior Court. Mark also advises clients in occupational health and safety matters including workplace incidents and defence of prosecutions brought forward by workplace authorities in all States and Territories.

With a practical and no nonsense approach to providing advice and resolving disputes for his clients, Mark was recognised as a dispute resolution lawyer whose “service is absolutely sensational” in the 2011/12 edition of Asia Legal 500. This approach is reflected in CIE Legal’s service provision philosophy.
