Tim Wirth, Principal of LJ Hooker Seaforth has been member of BRG Manly since December 2015.

Tim knows what it takes to form and motivate a winning team. As a competitive rower, having represented both NSW and Australia, he brings the same discipline, dedication and motivation to all aspects of his personal and work life.

Having lived on the Northern Beaches all his life, Tim is a true local whose passion for real estate saw him join the family business at Richardson & Wrench Seaforth in 2004. Starting from the ground up, he began his career as a leasing consultant in the property management division. He swiftly moved into residential sales where his extensive local knowledge, and wide network of business, sporting and social contacts has proved an invaluable asset. In 2015 the company re-branded as LJ Hooker Seaforth, with Tim taking on the joint role of Principal.

With a Bachelor of Economics and Social Science majoring in Marketing from Sydney University, Tim uses his exceptional marketing skills and talent for negotiating to consistently achieve outstanding sales on behalf of his clients.
