An Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates, I have practiced in this area of law for over 25 years. I am also a Public Notary and can witness documents for use overseas.

Whether the matter is straight-forward or complicated, I am happy to help people with preparing Wills, applying for probate and administering an estate, and resolving disputes that can arise over a deceased estate. Life can be complicated and it is good to be able to navigate people through situations such as blended families, beneficiaries with disabilities or addictions, and an accumulation of assets here and abroad. Some matters bring their own complications, such as where the executor has died, the Will is not properly signed, or the deceased died without a Will at all. Some of these disputes result in legal action and I have acted for people making a claim on an estate, defending their interest in an estate, or where the Will itself or the identity of the beneficiaries is in question. I love tackling the matters that everyone else thinks are “too hard”.
