Andrew Ball CEO & Managing Director of Shortland Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd has been a member of Business Referral Group, Erina Chapter since 2001.

Having been in the industry since 1989, we have a diverse range of clients from tradespeople, small business owners to clients with National and Global Businesses. There are not too many industries that we would not have or have had clients in.  With Risk Management qualifications from NIBA goes hand in hand with our day to day advising of client’s insurance needs.  Our business has been built predominately on referrals with the majority of our clients being long term clients (10  plus years).

BRG has been of benefit in many ways such as having other business owners in different industries to bounce ideas off. Share experiences that we have had happen to us. It is more than just another referral group.

Most of the members that are in the group are clients and benefit from personal service and know they will get a product that suits their requirements.
