Geoff Lloyd, Senior Associate of Caldwell Martin Cox

Geoff Lloyd, Senior Associate with Caldwell Martin Cox, Solicitors, has been a member of the Macarthur BRG Chapter for 10 years.  Geoff has been a Solicitor for over 30 years and has practiced in the Macarthur region for the last 11 years.  Geoff is an active participant in the local BRG Macarthur Chapter and is currently the Minutes Secretary.  Geoff enjoys networking with the other members of the group and sharing referrals and business experiences with other members.

Geoff is accredited with the New South Wales Law Society as an Accredited Specialist in the area of Advocacy i.e. appearing in Court on behalf of clients.  Geoff’s experience covers all fields of Court work or litigation, including criminal and civil matters, as well as advising clients on employment law matters.

Geoff has extensive experience in appearing in various Courts and Tribunals including the Local Court, District Court, Supreme Court, Federal Circuit Court and the Fair Work Commission including the Full Bench.  As well as his Bachelor Degrees in Arts and Law, Geoff also has obtained a Masters of Applied Law in Commercial Litigation and is able to assist clients with all ranges of business and other disputes.

Geoff is based at the firms office at 28 Hill St Camden. Caldwell Martin Cox has 15 solicitors, 3 conveyancers and has offices at Narellan and Picton as well as Camden. It offers a complete range of legal services to businesses and residences in the fast growing Macarthur region south west of Sydney.
