Jan Gonzalez CEO} of Active Recruitment Pty Ltd has been member of BRG  Parramatta – Thursday since July 2019.

As one of the founding directors of Active Recruitment, Jan has over 25 years’ experience in recruitment and is accredited with The Recruitment Consultants Services Association (RCSA) and completed a Master’s in Business Commerce with Western Sydney University.

Jan believes in the strength of “The Team” whom she’s been working with for more than 5 years and have recruited an array of positions from administration to senior executives across a multitude of industries covering full time, part-time, contract and temporary roles.

The many long-standing relationships Active Recruitment has, is a testament to the commitment The Team have to the clients and candidates. Always working on the premise of “Transform your experience”, aligning themselves to the needs and wants of those they are trying to help.

Jan is new to BRG, however, she understands the value of networking in her local area and is always looking for new and fresh ideas to ensure she gives the best of herself to her colleagues, clients and candidates. What better way than to meet likeminded people with similar business goals.
