Scott Hochgesang, New and Existing Property Sourcing

Scott Hochgesang, Principal of same named property sourcing business and LREA, has been a member of Ryde BRG since January 2017.  Scott has over 10 years of property investing experience and over the last 5 has focused on sourcing new cash flow positive properties, primarily in SE Queensland.  Scott operates with a large network of builders, land developers and their associated agents to find unique opportunities for his clients. With his unique US background, Scott can also assist clients looking for advice on the US property market.

Ryde BRG has been very helpful in keeping me up to date with accounting, financial planning, mortgage finance and legal issues.  We have worked to build a group of professionals at Ryde BRG  that can act as One Stop Shop for those looking to invest in property or buy their home.  I offer complimentary property planning and strategy consultations to new potential clients introduced by other BRG Ryde members.
